International Procurement & Operations Director

About the role
ArborCraft Furniture is recruiting an International Procurement & Operations Director to coordinate UK commercial operations, manufacturing in Ireland, and procurement and supply chain support in China.
The role will connect procurement, supplier management, production planning, logistics, supply chain finance and project delivery as we build long-term international recruitment capability for our UK commercial headquarters.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and lead the international procurement strategy in line with commercial objectives and project requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate procurement and supply chain support in China.
- Coordinate with our manufacturing operation in Ireland to align capacity, production priorities and delivery schedules.
- Connect UK sales and commercial operations with manufacturing and supply chain activities.
- Oversee production planning and coordinate resources, materials and project timelines.
- Oversee logistics and international supply chain activities to support timely delivery.
- Coordinate supply chain finance activities with the relevant finance and operational teams.
- Oversee project delivery across the UK, Ireland and China, maintaining clear communication between teams.
